The newest technologies, developed and modified by specialists of the Center are used for diagnosis and treatment of patients.
For recent years the specialists of the Center have developed methods of early perinatal diagnosis of Down syndrome, adrenogenital syndrome, as well as methods of correction of some congenital malformations of a fetus. Modern tactics of pregnancy management and high risk deliveries have been implemented into practice. Methods of diagnosis and therapy of inflammatory complications in premature newborns with respiratory distress syndrome, as well as methods of diagnosis and therapy of renal hemodynamics in critical conditions of newborns have been developed and introduced into practice. Modified endoscopic methods of surgical treatment of tubal infertility, uterine myomas and endometriosis are widely used in gynecological practice. The unique experience of surgical treatment of female genitalia malformations has been accumulated in the Center. The study of pathology of women’s pre- and postmenopausal period has become very popular among specialists.
The medical activity of the Center is characterized by a constant implementation of new diagnostic and treatment technologies allowing to significantly improve the quality of medical aid at the Center, where 90% of pregnant patients are in the high-risk group. This resulted in more than 3 times decrease of perinatal and early neonatal mortality, more than 4 times decrease of the number of infectious complications in newborns, the successful outcome of pregnancy was observed in 94% of patients with habitual miscarriage. The number of postoperative and postpartum complications has significantly decreased.
